Mother Teresa Bridge is a bridge connecting the Koco Racin and Krste Misirkov boulevards, near the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
Built in 1963, it was completely rehabilitated and reconstructed in 2011. The reconstruction changed the bridge, primarily with the addition of new railings and lighting equipment. The new railings are made of iron grillwork painted in gold with decorative candelabra. The bridge has additional lighting from 10 pole-lights from the existing street lighting. The bridge’s contours are enhanced by lines of lighs consisting of 114 light bulbs with LED in addition to 6 limelights on the arcs of the bridge.
