The official database of buildings, new facades, sculptures, monuments, fountains and other structures which are components of Skopje’s makeover financed by public funds
“Giraffe” by Vasil Nikolovski, located in front of the entrance to the Museum of Natural Sciences and the Zoo, was part of the early wave which resulted in 35 sculptures being scattered around Skopje’s central urban core.
The Eight-and-a-half metre steel sculpture was erected in 2009 accompanied by the sculptures selected by a committee which reviewed the submissions on behalf of the Ministry.
